DREAMERS has that classic storytelling feel of childhood with some chill on the side, or vice versa. This charming, family-oriented indie outing comes from two people filled with love, and it is about ambling through its sumptuously detailed, low-poly landscape. Built for gamepad experience, it provides roughly 15 hours of warm story accompanied by cutscenes, amusing dialogue, and interesting gameplay. Oh man seriously, order some hot chocolate, put your favorite blanket on and have the experience of getting a warm hug while watching this movie.

Overall DREAMERS is one big celebration of traveling and the people that you meet on your journey. You will play for Boy, the Girl and the Robot who will meet Non-Player Characters, explore and sit through fetch quests and surprisingly touching anecdote. But the best thing is that some levels become split-screen mazes which can be solved with an action, with using only one controller – a message about friendship. Whether you’re playing by yourself or with a friend controlling half the controller and half the snacks, the game brings the loyalty and decisions that make who we are.

But there’re not only walks and talks here, a lot of entertainment can be found. From fishing and photo taking to drone racing and managing a resort tycoon, DREAMERS boasts of easy to solve puzzles and mini games fitting for lower level players. It’s politically insignificant, it does not teach players to kill – instead, it tells a story which is not very fast-paced, so everybody can enjoy it. This game is a feel good trip whether you are playing alone or with your family members and or loved ones.
